Chef de Partie – Fast-Paced Kitchen, Hygiene & Cost Control

Wine Inns seeks a Chef de Partie for Cutters Wharf in Belfast. You will report to the Senior Chef de Partie and Head Chef, and supervise Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.

Responsibilities include managing daily kitchen operations, cost and quality control, proper food storage, hygiene, temperature logging, and staff training. Essential NVQ2 in Food Prep and Cooking and Food Safety Level 1, plus 1 year in a busy kitchen.
