The Lygon Arms, part of Iconic Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a strong Chef de Partie for a busy, high-volume kitchen connected to a collaboration with Chef James Martin. You will run your section confidently during busy services and contribute to a stable, supportive brigade.

Ideal candidates are experienced in busy volume-led kitchens, organised and calm under pressure, with a team-first approach and a willingness to develop under senior chefs.
