Houston & Hawkes is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a prestigious Central London client site. This role offers exposure to both vibrant retail dining and refined fine dining, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and high standards.

You will work with an experienced kitchen team, developing skills across a varied food offer and contributing to seasonal menus while maintaining impeccable presentation and food safety. Monday to Friday, £36,000 per annum.
