Hamilton Mayday in London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and work with a variety of prestigious clients across the capital. You will be responsible for maintaining kitchen standards in private members' clubs, conference venues, schools, and contract catering operations.

Daytime shifts Monday to Friday are typical, with occasional weekend work; a valid DBS certificate, own whites and knives, and a strong work ethic are required.
