Chef de Partie — Fresh, Local, Event-Driven Kitchen

Sodexo is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Heritage Portfolio team at Edinburgh Zoo. You will help drive fresh, sustainable, made-from-scratch cooking across multiple venues including The Gannet and The Penguin Café, under the guidance of the on-site chef.
