Chef de Partie: Growth Path & Masterclass Kitchen Role

The Bridge Hotel in Chertsey, along the River Thames, is seeking an existing Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready for the next step. You will work closely with the Head Chef, crafting new dishes, ensuring quality, and leading by example in a welcoming environment.

You will help design menus, manage GP and labour, and contribute to driving sales with the kitchen and front of house teams. A supportive, family‑friendly team awaits your talent and enthusiasm.
