Chef de Partie — Highland Hospitality, Inverness

Lochardil House in Inverness, part of Highland Coast Hotels, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade on a permanent full-time contract. You will work under the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.
