Chef de Partie: Lead a Busy Kitchen, Craft Exquisite Dishes

Loughview LeisureGroup is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section within our kitchen at Kingfisher Country Estate, Templepatrick. You will translate fresh ingredients into refined dishes, maintaining high standards of taste, presentation and efficiency.

You will supervise junior chefs, ensuring hygiene, safety and policy adherence while contributing to continuous improvement and exceptional service. Experience in busy kitchens and NVQ2 in cookery are required.
