Chef de Partie: Lead a Dynamic Kitchen & Menu Innovation

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen in Gloucester. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty, while training junior chefs and assisting the sous and head chef to develop menus and maintain high health and safety standards.

You will monitor portions, waste and costs to help drive profitability and consistency across the restaurant and hotel food and beverage operations.
