Chef de Partie: Lead a Fast-Paced, High-Quality Kitchen

True North Brew Co. is expanding its kitchen team and seeks a Chef de Partie to join a large, fast-paced operation. You will cook and prepare dishes to spec, manage ticket times, and take charge of your station to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

You'll work alongside a big team, uphold safety and sanitation, and contribute to delivering high-quality food in a dynamic environment. The role also offers progression opportunities within the kitchen ladder and exposure to high-volume service.
