Chef de Partie: Lead a High-Volume, Creative Kitchen

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will work with Head Chef and Sous Chef, lead your section, and ensure dishes meet our standards for quality, speed, and consistency.

You'll manage a kitchen station during service, supervise junior staff, and uphold food safety and hygiene while delivering memorable meals for guests across the UK's largest holiday park operator. Shift flexibility and a passion for great food are essential.
