Chef de Partie — Lead a High-Volume Resort Kitchen

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited on the Isle of Wight is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our busy, vibrant kitchen. You’ll work with Head Chef and Sous Chef, take ownership of a station, prepare dishes to order, and drive quality, speed and consistency across service.

You should have leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen, thrive under pressure, and be flexible with weekend/evening shifts. We offer training across our 65 parks, substantial staff discounts, and an Employee Assistance
