Chef de Partie — Lead & Train a Seasonal European Kitchen

Manzi’s, a vibrant destination restaurant in Soho, is part of The Wolseley Hospitality Group. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen station, supervise Demi and Commis Chefs, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.

You will cook seasonal European cuisine with fresh ingredients, contribute to a dynamic kitchen team, and help maintain our standards in a daylight-filled two-floor setting in the heart of London.
