Chef de Partie - Lead Kitchen & Mentorship

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the catering team at RAF Honington. The role is a hands-on kitchen leadership position, working 37 hours per week at a rate of £16.66 per hour, with opportunities to progress in a professional kitchen environment.

You will oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and play a key role in maintaining food safety, staff guidance, and quality standards within a supportive Compass Group UK&I framework.
