Chef de Partie - Mediterranean & Japanese Brasserie

The Arts Club in Westminster, London, is inviting an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the Brasserie team. You will take ownership of your section, delivering Mediterranean and Japanese-inspired dishes to the highest standards and ensuring food safety throughout service.

We look for a hands-on chef with at least 2 years in a fast-paced kitchen, City & Guilds or professional cookery qualification preferred, and excellent English communication. A supportive brigade and great benefits await.
