Chef de Partie – Seasonal Pub Kitchen | Tips & Growth

Craft Locals is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy, food-led pub group at The Grand Junction Arms, near Tring. You’ll take ownership of a kitchen section, cook fresh seasonal dishes to spec, and help drive daily specials.

You’ll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, maintain high standards of food safety, and contribute ideas for menus. The role offers development opportunities and a clear path toward Sous Chef as the operation grows.
