As a Chef de Partie at Hawksmoor, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high-qualitydishes with precision and pride. This is a key role within the kitchen, whereyou’ll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth,successful services.

What You’ll Do

• Run your section with confidence and consistency
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoorstandards
• Manage mise en place, service and close downefficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety,sustainability and waste minimisation
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliverseamless service

Who You Are

• Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with freshfood
• Technically strong with good organisational skills
• Calm and focused during busy services
• A supportive team player who enjoys developingothers
• Passionate about high-quality produce and open-firecooking
• Keen to continue learning and progressing within aprofessional kitchen
