The Role as a Chef de Partie
Working alongside the Head Chef, youll help deliver fresh, high-quality food from scratch across breakfast, lunch and hospitality services.
Youll also supervise and support the kitchen team, assist with ordering and stock control, help manage food costs and deputise for the Head Chef when required.
What we are looking for in a Chef de Partie
- Experience chef de partie who is ready for their next step in their career
- Contract catering/high-volume experience preferred
- Strong fresh food and scratch-cooking skills
- Experience leading or supporting a kitchen team
- Good understanding of stock control and food costs
- Organised, hands-on and able to lead by example
- Own transport essential
