This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment , with a strong focus on conferences, events and short-order service . Working as part of a busy kitchen team, you will help deliver consistently high-quality food across a variety of events and functions, while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation. Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard Working across conferences, events and high-volume service Managing short-order cooking during busy periods Supporting the senior kitchen team with the smooth running of the kitchen Ensuring all food is prepared, stored and presented correctly Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety Working efficiently as part of a busy team Helping with stock control and minimising food waste About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role Experience working in a high-volume kitchen is essential Conference, events, banqueting or function experience would be advantageous Confident working xwwtmva under pressure during busy services Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety Reliable, organised and a strong team player Passionate about producing quality food and maintaining high standards What's on Offer £31,935 salary 45 hours per week Opportunity to work across a varied conference and events operation A busy, team-focused kitchen environment Opportunity to develop your career within a well-established venue
