The Role
- Lead the day:to:day kitchen operation.
- Build strong relationships with the client.
- Deliver fresh breakfast, lunch and hospitality.
- Create seasonal menus and daily specials.
- Manage food costs, ordering and stock control.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.
- Take ownership of the mobilisation and site development.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About You
- Previous Chef Manager or Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or Business and Industry.
- Strong fresh food background.
- Excellent communication and relationship:building skills.
- Commercially aware with good organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- A hands:on leader who enjoys taking ownership.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
