• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
• Supervise, organise, and instruct kitchen staff members so they perform at their best
• Requisitions appropriate supply and Examines food stuff from supplier to ensure quality
• plans and coordinates kitchen works such as fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils
• To work under pressure during an extremely busy period.
