Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze plant operating data to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Implement process control strategies to optimize production parameters and product quality.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and lead root cause analysis for equipment or process failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve asset reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
• Participate in process improvement projects and debottlenecking initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a chemical plant operations or process engineering role.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Experience with process data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a plant environment and communicate clearly with diverse teams.
