Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced process control strategies using DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Develop and optimize control algorithms to improve process stability, yield, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation hardware and software.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new automation projects and prepare technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance personnel on control systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process control and automation within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Strong understanding of control theory, PID control, and advanced process control (APC) concepts.
• Experience with data acquisition, historian databases, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
