You will be involved in all stages of product development, from initial concept and research to scale-up and manufacturing support. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize new chemical products and formulations.
• Scale-up processes from laboratory bench to pilot plant and commercial production.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Collaborate closely with R&D scientists, chemists, and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to intellectual property generation through novel product and process development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 3-5 years of experience in product development or process scale-up within the chemical industry.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and pilot plant operations.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles and reaction kinetics.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
