Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.

- Utilize process simulation tools and statistical methods to model and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with plant operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to implement and sustain improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies for chemical process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in chemical process optimization and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to challenges in Liverpool .
