Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and characterise new chemical formulations and processes.
• Design and execute pilot-scale trials to assess process feasibility and gather scale-up data.
• Analyse experimental results, interpret data, and generate comprehensive technical reports.
• Collaborate with research scientists and other engineers on cross-functional R&D projects.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance research capabilities.
• Ensure all experimental procedures and safety protocols are meticulously followed.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant scientific field.
• Proven experience in laboratory research and development, ideally within the chemical industry.
• Strong understanding of experimental design and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with process scale-up principles and pilot plant operations.
• Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
