About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and pilot studies to develop and optimize new chemical processes.
• Design and model chemical processes using simulation software and statistical analysis.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and generate comprehensive reports for R&D stakeholders.
• Collaborate with chemists, material scientists, and other engineers to advance new product and process development.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during research and development phases.
• Contribute to intellectual property generation through patent applications and technical publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in research and development, process innovation, or laboratory-based chemical engineering.
• Strong foundation in chemical reaction engineering, separations, and process design principles.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment, data acquisition systems, and process simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a research team.
