This position focuses on driving forward innovative and often challenging initiatives that fall outside standard operational procedures. You will be involved in feasibility studies, technology scouting, process development for novel applications, and the implementation of strategic improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical aspects of special projects, from conception to implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new technologies and business opportunities.
- Develop and optimize novel chemical processes or modifications for unique applications.
- Collaborate with external research institutions and technology providers.
- Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and reports for special project initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with experimental and innovative projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering with a strong track record in project-based work.
- Proven experience in process development, research, or innovation roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
