Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of diverse experience in chemical engineering, with a significant portion focused on new technology introduction and special projects.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-risk projects.
• Extensive knowledge of process design, simulation, and scale-up principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
