You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of product development, from laboratory experimentation to full-scale production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize synthesis routes and manufacturing processes for specialty chemical products.
• Scale up processes from laboratory bench to pilot plant and ultimately to commercial production.
• Conduct process validation studies and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists and technicians to ensure seamless product development.
• Prepare technical documentation, including batch records and process descriptions.
• Ensure all operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 3-5 years of experience in process development or manufacturing within the specialty chemicals sector.
• Experience with scale-up activities and pilot plant operations.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques used for process monitoring and quality control.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
