About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing plant maintenance, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of chemical processing equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process-related issues to ensure continuous production.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Manage contractor activities on site, ensuring work is performed safely and to high standards.
• Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in plant operations and maintenance within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process equipment , instrumentation, and control systems.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in chemical plant operations.
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
