Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of chemical plant equipment and systems.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process issues in real-time.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
• Support capital projects related to plant upgrades and expansions.
• Manage contractors and vendors involved in plant maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in plant operations or maintenance within the chemical industry.
• Knowledge of process equipment such as reactors, pumps, heat exchangers, and distillation columns.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management in industrial settings.
• Strong practical problem-solving skills and hands-on aptitude.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
