Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize novel chemical processes, focusing on scalability, safety, and economic viability.
• Design and execute laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, meticulously documenting results and analyses.
• Conduct thorough process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and refine process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and operational stability.
• Collaborate with research scientists and manufacturing teams to facilitate smooth technology transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during development and scale-up phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in chemical process development or scale-up.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both a team-oriented office environment and independently during remote work periods.
