Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of new chemical synthesis routes and process technologies.

Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in process development, scale-up, and optimization within the chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Expertise in organic synthesis, reaction kinetics, and catalysis.
- Proficiency with analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, NMR) and process simulation software.
- Excellent scientific acumen, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead research projects remotely.
