Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Conduct process validation studies and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with formulation scientists, analytical chemists, and quality assurance teams.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Lead pilot plant operations and support technology transfer to commercial manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Experience with process modeling and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of unit operations relevant to pharmaceutical production (e.g., filtration, drying, crystallization).
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
