Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for pharmaceutical intermediate and API manufacturing.
• Oversee process scale-up activities from laboratory to commercial manufacturing, ensuring process validity.
• Conduct thorough process hazard analyses and implement safety measures to ensure operational safety.
• Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new and modified processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations and manufacturing issues, ensuring product quality.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and manufacturing teams to ensure cGMP compliance.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in process development and scale-up within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations and validation principles.
• Experience with process simulation and modeling tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a remote team setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
