Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize existing chemical processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee the implementation of new process equipment and technologies, ensuring smooth integration.
• Conduct detailed hazard analyses (HAZOP) and risk assessments for all process modifications.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flow diagrams and operational manuals.
• Provide technical guidance to operational teams to ensure adherence to process parameters and safety protocols.
• Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in process engineering, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with process simulation tools and statistical process control (SPC).
• A strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering and mass transfer principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and execution.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
