Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and safety.
• Conduct process simulations and perform mass and energy balance calculations.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical documentation, including P&IDs and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in process design, optimization, or troubleshooting in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Good understanding of chemical thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
