Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative chemical processes for new product lines.
- Conduct thorough process analysis, including P&ID development and equipment specification.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure all process designs comply with stringent safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during process development and scale-up.
- Provide expert technical consultation and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Honours degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in chemical process design and development, preferably within specialized chemical sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in process simulation, modelling, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering , thermodynamics, and separation processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills suitable for remote collaboration.
