Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative chemical processes for new product lines.
• Conduct thorough process analysis, including P&ID development and equipment specification.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure all process designs comply with stringent safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during process development and scale-up.
• Provide expert technical consultation and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Honours degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in chemical process design and development, preferably within specialized chemical sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in process simulation, modelling, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering , thermodynamics, and separation processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills suitable for remote collaboration.
