About the Role

Our client requires a dynamic Chemical Production Engineer to join their manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This role is central to the efficient and safe running of our production lines, focusing on process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with production staff and management to ensure that manufacturing processes meet output targets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and cost are met.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

• Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
