Chemicals & Hygiene BDM — Remote, Car & Uncapped Commission

Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Lincoln is seeking a Business Development Manager (Chemicals & Hygiene) to drive new business and manage key accounts in the Lincolnshire patch.

This full-time role offers a £30,000 base salary with uncapped commission and an OTE of £65,000, plus training, progression, a company car, laptop, phone and fuel card. You will be supported with ongoing development and a clear path to more senior roles within an established, growing business.
