Chief Executive Officer, The Basildon Academies Trust, Pitsea, Basildon. Leading two secondary academies (KS3 Lower Academy and KS4-5 Upper Academy) plus specialist SEND/SEMH provisions (Engage, Bridge, Evolve). Full-time, permanent, reporting to the Chair of Trustees, starting Jan 2027 following the current CEO's retirement. Salary £110,225-£118,535. Accountable for strategic leadership, educational outcomes, financial sustainability, governance and system leadership across the Trust
