About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy and operations. This is a fully remote, senior executive position, responsible for the company's financial health, long-term financial planning, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in dynamic environments. You will be a key member of the executive team, influencing strategic direction and ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations.
• Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy to support business objectives.
• Manage capital structure, fundraising activities, and banking relationships.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to the board of directors and executive team.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong understanding of corporate finance and strategic planning.
• Proven experience in fundraising, M&A, and investor relations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
