Chief Growth & Strategy Officer - Fusion Innovation

UK Atomic Energy Authority seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead business development, innovation and strategic industry relationships at executive level. You will drive exploitation of fusion IP and oversee a team of ~60 with a £60m budget, reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Committee.

You’ll shape long-term strategy, expand private-sector partnerships, and enhance the UK’s standing in fusion globally, with onsite presence and flexible working as needed.
