Chief Inspector, Scotland Fire & Rescue: Independent Scrutiny

The Scottish Government invites applications for the role of Chief Inspector of the SFRS, based in Edinburgh, to lead His Majesty's Fire Service Inspectorate in Scotland (HMFSI). This fixed-term appointment oversees independent scrutiny, assurance and expert advice to support continuous improvement of the fire and rescue service.

As Chief Inspector you will shape priorities, publish inspection plans, and direct inquiries, working with Ministers and officials.
