Doit, a UK-based fintech, seeks a Chief of Staff to accelerate our AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams. This senior role aligns leadership, drives operating cadence, and translates strategy into measurable progress.

You will own strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities, build operating rhythm, OKRs and decision tracking, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.
