Chief of Staff — Fast-Growth Longevity Startup (Equity)

Stride is seeking a Chief of Staff to sit at the centre of the business, turning the CEO's intent into action across a fast-moving company. This role is hybrid in Manchester (2-3 days in office) and reports directly to the CEO.

You will operate at a strategic level, coordinating across product, growth, and operations to drive execution and impact, with equity as part of the compensation. This is a hands-on, senior position for someone who has run founder/exec offices and thrives in ambiguity.
