Chief of Staff — Scale Growth, Strategy & Ops

Scope is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO, shaping company strategy, operations, and people practices. You will improve how teams operate, hire and develop talent, and own projects spanning strategy, finance and operations.

You’ll identify problems, challenge decisions and drive initiatives through to completion, with periods of high intensity and travel. You’ll partner with leadership to accelerate growth and build scalable processes.
