Chief of Staff: UK Growth & AI Strategy

Cortea, a European audit-tech company, is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive UK and international expansion from London, working closely with the founders in Berlin. You will architect strategic initiatives, scale the AI-native operating system, and align Growth, Strategy, Finance, and Operations.

English is essential; German is a plus, and travel to Berlin is expected. You will report to the founders, help steer key decisions, and shape Cortea's growth as it moves toward a €100m+ ARR milestone.
