About the Role

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of senior executive leadership experience in operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling operations in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
• Exceptional strategic, financial, and analytical acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
